Robots can help us visualize and experience the workings of neural networks and how machines learn, boosting our understanding of machine learning and deep learning.
Workshops for primary students to study AI through interacting with robots are organized to enhance AI literacy. Seeing how the robots learn firsthand encourages students to reflect on their own learning processes. In addition to organizing workshops, this HK-France collaboration aims to achieve:
- To investigate the effectiveness in using interactive, programmable robots for artificial intelligence literacy education
- To examine how cultural differences between France and Hong Kong can influence artificial intelligence literacy education
- To confirm and improve the framework of AI literacy that enables educated citizens to shape the future society
